I am a 35 year old female, married 14 years with 3 amazing kids.
I have always looked for new ways to be healthier and be in better shape, and as I get older I find that it is more and more important so that I am here longer for my children and husband.
I have tried many different diets and workout programs.
I had fantastic success with P90X 2 years ago, but I just have not found my groove to get it going again. Then I recently found the 4 Hour body. So I was curious, as I am a time strapped mother of 3 that works full time and volunteers for several different organizations. Which mean I rarely put myself first.
I am going to take you through my journey of The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris. The book is an excellent read, and am very excited to see the results. I didn’t keep update measurements, but the pictures should be able to show the differences.
I am at about the same starting point that I was when I began P90X, and have pictures to compare, and I will be sharing as we continue down through the journey.
